![]() Dropping the player into chain spell casting crocodiles of death doesn't help people learn the game. Still very early but it makes a huge difference. Stealing (without getting caught) and making sure my mages can also do physical so early rounds aren't a futile battle against both magic and physical armor have been game changing. It seems like you are 100% at the mercy of random loot otherwise since early game at least funds seem unfeasibly short without thievery. I do wonder how people manage without thievery but I'm still very early game. Its time consuming and sometimes hard to keep track of, but very rewarding. You need to take time to manage your inventory, and take time to treat each character as a seperate identity. I am still on my first playthrough, I had a tough time with the voidwoken deep dweller in the marshes, but when I went from level 5 to 6 I dont know what happened I kicked his butt. Otherwise, it looks to be a really great game, but combat is seriously broken. I've spent so many hours trying to defeat this fekking foes, that I am now over the criteria Steam allows for returning the game. Please fix classic mode so that it is playable. I doubt many people will spend the time fekking around to find a build to play this game. I can't fight the magisters in the caves/dungeon areas. The Explorer difficulty level was way too easy and not challenging.
